Returns & Exchanges

  • Return period: 30 days after invoice date if item is in new & sellable condition
  • Over 30 days to 3 months a 10% service fee may be charged. Goods must be in new condition.
  • Over 3 months a 20% service fee may be charged. Goods must be in new condition.

Customer is responsible for all shipping cost related to return, except in cases of an order error by BroadBay. For return of goods, customer must contact BroadBay via phone or email and obtain a return authorization (RA) number. RA number must be marked clearly on the outside of package before mailing the return. Credit will be processed within 30 days. We do not accept returns on made to measure and custom-made goods.

 

Trial Period

BroadBay offers a 30-day trial period on the following items:

  • Silicon liners
  • Gel liners
  • Suspension sleeves

If for any reason in the first 30 days following the invoice date, you are unsatisfied with the product, you can return the item for account credit or exchange. Customer must contact BroadBay via phone or email and obtain a return authorization (RA) number. RA number must be marked clearly on the outside of package before mailing the return. Exchange will be processed at the time of the RA. Credit will be processed within 30 days.

 

Warranty

For warranty returns, customer needs to contact BroadBay customer service department via phone. The manufacturer evaluates product complaints and/or photographs to authorize a manufacturer defect before a warranty return will be approved.
